Tsunami continued its streak of shutouts this weekend by shutting out two more teams. That makes 8 shutout games in a row. Saturday, Tsunami won 3-0 with goals scored by Lauren K. (Kyia assist) , Kyia (Penalty Kick), and Lexi (Ashton assist). Sunday was another 3-0 win, goals scored by Lauren R. (Kyia assist), Kyia, and Lauren K. (Kyia assist). It seems that Kyia likes to set her teammates up for the score when not scoring her own goals.  Scores from around the league: |

The league schedule has been posted. You can find it here . The Schedule here on the web site has been updated to include the games. Tsunami will have 4 home games and 5 away games. Note: For the four families with players also on Lee's Potencia team, their schedule is here. The scheduling is so that there will be no game conflicts (just a couple games that will require an hour of travel between games), and best of all, 5 of the games are actually back to back at the same location. |

The Chinook Cup is over. The Tsunami placed 2nd in their bracket, losing the championship game 0-3 against a very pushy team.  It was a good experience for our team to get a chance to play some games before the seeding tournament (Jamboree) in two weeks.
