Tsunami won the first game this weekend, 4-0. We dominated the entire game, rarely allowing the other team near our end of the field. Goals were scored by Lauren Roof, Heather, Lauren Johnson, and Samantha. We were not as fortunate in the second game. We played a hard fought game, but lost 0-1 to Willamette Maroon. We played tough and stuck with them most of the way, but they just controlled the ball a little better than us and got a goal. All in all, it was a good weekend, and we only have to travel to Eugene one more weekend. |

The second half of the season is set to begin. Tsunami has lost four players who won't be returning from last season. Alexandra, Emily, Hannah, and Megan. This leaves us with only 13 on our roster, which will make for some hard working, tired kids. Hopefully the extra playing time won't be too much. Just have to work on our conditioning a bit more this season.  Two games this Saturday, at 10:30 and 1:30 at Cal Young MS. Hope to see you all there. Go Tsunami!!! |
